I just want to make it clear that i LOVE hole in the wall teriyaki joints, so im no snob in that regard. I live nearby in Atwater and I go Flower Land next door for my bouquet needs, so im through this stretch of road every month. Ive tried to be fair by coming here several times over the past five years. I am finally ready to say that this is hands down the worst teriyaki joint I've ever eaten at. The food is hardly edible. My last visit I ended up throwing most of it straight in the trash. This spot makes Panda Express look like French Laundry. Truly awful. Also, the physical restaurant itself is sad and gross. The workers are not friendly, not even a little bit. I have never seen an Asian person inside, either working or eating. Truly, truly awful and I mean that in the most profound and considered way possible.

Friendly service, but the food fell a bit short. The food isn't bad, it's just not worth the price. It's overpriced for what it is.

To be honest the food quality wasn’t very good. Rice was soggy, cabbage was gross, noodles were greasy, chicken was fatty and meat was very thin. All in all I thought I’d try a hole in the wall because sometimes you get lucky but this place isn’t worth it. I didn’t even finish the plate. I only ate a few pieces of the chicken. I wish I could give a better rating

This place is one of my go to spots in Glendale, been coming here as a kid, good price and taste of food is delicious, had the chicken and beef chow mein, and my friend had the shrimp chow mein, great portions, gracias 🤓

This is the best hole in the wall restaurant for teriyaki food in Glendale!!! Been coming here for roughly 15 years and will continue to go till their last day. I always get the shrimp chowmein but the chicken and beef is really good too! Their teriyaki sauce is home made and sooo good! What I like about this place is that food is made to order. It's not like Panda Express that sometimes has food sitting for a while. I mean it's not bad once in a blue moon but mitzees is way better especially on the rainy days lol. If your thinking about going but unsure, don't hesitate, pull the trigger. And when you go, make sure to leave a review. Allot of us now a days go by reviews. When you go, make sure you ask questions just to be sure your not allergic to anything or whatever. Small plate is $8 and change and large I think $10. Almost everyone, I get the $8 because it's good portions and pretty filling. Also, it might not look like they have a bathroom but they do. It's all the way to the back and thru the door, you'll see it. Stop by, you won't regret it, I promise!
